Educational Qualification: 

Candidates should have Bachelor degree in Engg/ Technology or its equivalent in Electronics/ Electronics & Communications or Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent in Electronics/Electronics & Communications for Post 1, National Trade certificate/ National Apprenticeship certificate in Electronics with crafts instructor Training course (CITC) in relevant trade for Post 02, Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Engineering/ Technology or its equivalent in Electrical for Post 03, National trade certificate/ National Apprenticeship certificate in Electrician with crafts instructor Training course (CITC) in relevant trade for Post 04, Bachelor degree/ Diploma in Engineering /Technology or its equivalent in Mechanical/production/ Industrial/ Mechanical (Tool & Dies maker) or for Post 05, National Trade certificate/ National Apprenticeship certificate in Tool and Dies Maker (Dies and Moulds) with crafts instructor Training course (CITC) in relevant trade for Post 06, Bachelor degree in Library science for Post 07, Bachelor degree/ Diploma in Engineering or Technology in Metallurgical/ Mechanical for Post 08. Selection Process: 

Candidates will be selected based on written test/ interview/ viva.

Candidates should possess Full-Time Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent Degree from a University duly recognized by Central (EE) Government or a State Government with a minimum 60% marks in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering/ Civil Engineering & must have passed Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric standard.

Selection Process: 

Candidates will be selected based on merit in GATE-2017 score.

Candidates have to pay fee through Indian Postal Orders (IPOs) or Demand Draft in favor of “AO/ Cash, HVPNL, Panchkula” payable at Panchkula. Fee details are:

i. Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- for Male Candidates of General Category including Dependent Son of Ex-Servicemen of Haryana, Male Candidates of all reserved categories of other States.

ii. Candidates have to pay Rs. 125/- for Female Candidates of all (General and Reserved) categories of all States/ Male candidates of SC/ BC-A/ BC-B/ EBP (G)/ ESM categories of Haryana only.

iii. No fee for all Persons with Disabilities (Candidates of Haryana only).
